Ditch digger

Here's Caleb in the mini-excavator Isaac borrowed for laying drain tile through our yard. The previous clay tile was probably damaged when our new septic system was put in.

Isaac had to do some finish work leveling the ditch by hand.

A view from the drainage ditch up through the channel to the beginning before we laid down 100 feet of plastic drain tile. I'm so glad we finished this job...my house was full of little mud clods!
