2012 vegetable garden: to the right rear are tomatoes (24), to the left of them is cabbage, then a teepee thing for cucumbers, then more cabbage, lettuce and beets (and soon will be pepper transplants). In front of all that is a long row of green beans, a row of okra and brussels sprouts, a row of white potatoes, and a row of sweet potatoes. You can also see 4 green sticks to the left, that is the beginning of our potato bin, in which we try to "grow 100 lbs of potatoes in 4 square feet." To the left of that is zucchini and small sunflowers. You can see the bee hive, it's the white box to the left. |
