Growing

first dahlia 'Lupin Sheila'

Isaac and I have been busy looking at houses in the country. We put our house on the market, but no takers as yet. But we had to take Sam's trampoline down for showing purposes. His consolation prize was an inflatable pool we bought today after observing a similar one used at our church's baptism service. It might not be more attractive but it's a lot smaller. I hope he enjoys it enough to take his mind off of the loss of a favorite toy ("trampoline is closed!" he says). He is such a little person now. We laugh at almost everything he says. It is so neat to see his personality emerging.
Tune in later for more garden pictures. We had some rain a few days ago and since then, beautiful high 70s or low 80s with low humidity. I've enjoyed not hauling around soaker hoses and being able to read a book in the garden even in the afternoon.
