More Michigan Pictures

These are pictures from our third campsite in the Upper Peninsula. We were at the Tahquamenon River's mouth where it empties into a bay on Lake Superior. This kept the temperature at our campsite a cool 72 degrees all day even when a 20 minutes' drive inland saw the temperature at 92. This beach was accessed from a path right off of our campsite. We enjoyed the view and watching fish jumping and sandhill cranes feeding. Our campsite was in a pine grove so the ground was carpeted with pine needles. We will definitely be back.
